Well tended gardens surround the house, with the patio being a wonderful sun trap on warm days. You can watch a variety of birds and a pair of ducks on the river. Maybe spot a pair of kingfishers if your lucky! The sheep and cattle grazing on the riverside meadows are a great source of amusement to guests as they paddle through the river.
